Description

This sparkling wine was created using méthode champenoise, which is the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, the most demanding and sophisticated way of making sparkling wines.
During its maturation in the bottle, the wine develops fine and elegant perlage creating a velvety sensation on the tongue.
The Riesling grape reveals its full character here: fresh, vibrant acidity balanced by lasting intensity of fruits which seduces with hints of green apple, citrus and peach. Long time of the lees gives the wine soft, rich notes of lees and a special depth of flavour.


A sparkling wine full of elegance and character, perfect both as an aperitif and as a companion to light dishes.
